Planning: In order to execute the services seamlessly, we analyse the environment thoroughly, consider inputs from the stakeholders and prepare a best execution plan. We consider physical and logical connectivity, Network Traffic, performance benchmarks, security factors, user accessibility metrics and placement of the IP21 server in existing infrastructure landscape. We also prepare list of plants which are to be connected to the Historian along with the list of data points (Tags) in pre-defined format. Our expert team prepare list of activities to be carried out and schedule the execution timelines. We prepare risk registers to highlight any possible obstacles along with the mitigation plans to address such risk.
Execution: Post the planning we execute all the activities in the defined sequence and schedules. We also execute some activities in parallel to reduce the overall execution time.
Testing: We conduct System Acceptance Testing after the execution has been completed. During SAT we test system performance and system behaviour on many pre-defined test cases. We document the SAP results and submit to the customer.
Hand-Over: Finally we document all the configuration for new implementation and change logs in case of up gradation or re-configuration projects. We submit the documents to the customer for their acceptance. Post customer acceptance the project is considered as completed and handed over to customer. We provide hyper-care support for a duration as agreed at the time of project sign-off.
